Honduras Tegucigalpa Mission!

I was called to be a missionary! I am assigned to Labor in the Honduras Tegucigalpa mission and will prepare to preach the gospel in the Spanish Language. I will report to either the Mexico MTC or will begin my training at home, starting July 6th, 2021. Though I might begin with a reassignment, I am excited for the opportunity to serve.

Bagpipes!!!

My most recent use of my bagpipe skills was for a video for my amigos. They are creating an epic video to ask out girls for prom. The basis for it is that they are trying to figure out how to ask out a girl. I come to the rescue and play bagpipes and tell them to use music. My character is someone that traverses the world, helping those in need of bagpipe inspiration. It is pretty awesome. Part of the basis for me doing that is that I used my pipes to respond to a girl when she asked me to dance.

Madison Ice Breaker

This past Friday we had our first Madison home meet. I ran the 400 and the 4×400 relay. I ran a 53.52 in the open 4. I felt really good for the first 300, but I tightened up in the last hundred and didn’t have a great finish. Next time will be better. In my relay, I was the first leg. I got really cocky and tried to have a fun time, and said some things I probably shouldn’t have to my competition. I ran nice and smooth and felt really strong, and that I had more to give. I ran another 53 for my split, and our team won by probably 100 meters.
