I was introduced to web design when I was very young. I would watch my mom spend hours working and creating a website. Occasionally, I would ask her questions, but my interest never went beyond that. 

Eventually, she got a job teaching computer science at the middle school that I attended. I thought it was cool that my mom was a teacher, but had other classes that I wanted to take and didn't have any classes from my mom. Later on, she followed me to the junior high and then the high school.

When Senior year came around, I had a few required classes to take, and some elective credits to fulfill. I decided to take Web Design from my mom, simply to fill my schedule. When I started, I got hooked. This stuff was awesome! I kept working and progressing and was able to create my own websites. These beginning sites can be viewed on the 'My Works' page.

I am proficient in HTML 5, CSS, WordPress, and have some beginner skill in Adobe Photoshop.
